Consolation prizes:

Contingency plan: Upon extenuating circumstances or acts of God that causes the drawing to be canceled, the drawing will happen the Friday after the original drawing day (Wednesday) at the Boat and Canoe Club at 6:15pm.

Do not have to be present to win. On every ticket, the buyer will have the ability to request what numbered envelope they would like to open if they are not present. We will attempt to contact the buyer twice via phone call.

Filling out the ticket: You are required to write your legal first and last name that correspond to your state or federal ID. No nicknames, or titles may be used to fill in your name. You may not purchase a ticket for another person. Example: If Jane Doe purchases a ticket, then the ticket must have Jane Doe’s name on it, and only Jane Doe may collect the winnings. You must also provide either a phone number or mailing address on the ticket as well.
